| 通过实地考察和问卷调研的方式对获取的数据资料进行实证分析，剖析制约中小企业融资的因素，从而有针对性地从政府、金融和企业不同角度提出解决融资困境的措施和建议，提出了完善政府支持体系建设，包括建立促进中小企业发展的专项基金，构建中小企业融资的专门机构，完善政府服务支持体系；建立多元融资体系，包括降低银行融资成本与条件，合理发展非传统融资渠道，完善融资供给体系，促进数字金融的发展；提升中小企业自身融资能力，包括提升中小企业盈利能力，加强企业信用和个人信用意识，规范中小企业信息披露。 |

| Field investigations and questionnaire surveys were implied, and collected data was analyzed to explore the factors that constrained financing for SMEs. And targeted solutions and suggestions were proposed from the perspectives of the government, financial institutions, and enterprises to solve the financing difficulties. Those suggestions are as follows: to improve the government support and service system: to establish a special fund to promote the development of SMEs, to build a special financing agency and a multi-financing system for SMEs; to reduce the cost and conditions of bank financing, to develop non-traditional financing channels reasonably, to improve the financing supply system, to promote the development of digital finance; to improve the financing ability and profitability of SMEs: to strengthen the credit awareness of enterprise and individuals, and to standardize the disclosure of information of SMEs. |
