| 从创新价值链视角出发，将高校科技成果转化效率划分为知识获取、技术创新和价值转化三个阶段，以我国31个省份高校为研究对象，采用超效率SBM模型进行科技成果转化效率的评价，探讨高校科技成果转化面临的问题和挑战，以及高校科技成果转化效率的对策优化。 |

| With the rapid development of technological innovation, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities has gradually become one of the important ways to achieve innovation-driven development. From the perspective of the innovation value chain, this article divides the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities into three stages: knowledge acquisition, technological innovation, and value transformation. Taking universities in 31 provinces in China as research objects, the super efficiency SBM model is used to evaluate the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation. The problems and challenges faced by scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities are discussed, as well as optimization strategies for the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities. |
