In the context of digital transformation of teaching, online English teaching has been steadily advancing. However, comprehensively improving the quality of online English teaching still faces serious challenges. Based on the PDCA cycle theory, the article analyzes the problems in planning, executing, supervising, and improving English online teaching, and proposes corresponding measures. The article points out that in the PDCA cycle of online English teaching, resource planning is the foundation, teaching execution is the root, teaching supervision is the guarantee, and continuous improvement is the goal. English teachers should embrace new technologies, adhere to the integration of teaching and technology, actively participate in the reform of English online teaching, and continuously improve the quality of English online teaching. |
