| 当前高校实验室安全管理和环境保护仍存在薄弱环节，高校应从加强安全文化教育，注重安全教育培训；建立风险管控体系，推动实验室安全管理规范化；加强管理队伍建设，建立安全工作奖惩制度；强化安全责任落实，完善实验室安全检查体系；夯实专项经费保障，推行实验室绿色环保健康管理等方面提升高校实验室安全管理水平，为有效预防安全事故提供保障。 |

| Laboratory safety is the focus of university safety work. The study found that there are weak links in safety management and environmental protection of university laboratories. The Local engineering colleges should strengthen safety culture education and pay attention to safety education and training; Establish a risk control system and promote the standardization of laboratory safety management; Strengthen the construction of management team, establish safety work reward and punishment system; Strengthen the implementation of safety responsibility, improve the laboratory safety inspection system; Strengthen the guarantee of special funds, implement laboratory green environmental protection and health management and other measures to strengthen the safety management level of university laboratories, so as to provide reference for effectively preventing safety accidents. |
