| Currently, against the background of rapid development of the internet and information technology, virtual currency investment fraud cases have become highly prevalent and have become one of the main ways of telecommunication network fraud crimes. Crime script theory is the latest achievement of criminological theory research, which provides multi-point intervention for crime prevention by listing all the steps in the crime process. This paper analyzes the crime script of virtual currency investment fraud, explores their modus operandi and ceiminal methods and propose targeted prevention countermeasures. |
