| Explaining the connotation of the "dual-carbon" goal from the perspective of sustainable development and the overall layout of ecological civilization construction, and analyzing in depth the dilemmas and challenges faced in achieving the "dual-carbon" goal, and from strengthening organizational leadership, building a green energy system, developing low-carbon industries, building a green and efficient transportation system, promoting green and low-carbon transformation in urban and rural areas, strengthening the research of "double carbon" technology and the application of scientific and technological innovation results, improving the education system of "double carbon" personnel training, developing green finance, improving the ability of ecosystems to sequester carbon and increase sinks, and advocating a green and low-carbon life for all people. |
