As a booster for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, university organizers play an important role in connecting superior Party organizations with their own Party organization, and facilitating communication with student groups. Currently, there are common difficulties in the universities, such as unbalanced structure of organizers′ team, disordered assessment systems, and lack of innovative capabilities. For this reason, this paper puts forward three optimization paths, through improving the selection procedures to clarify work responsibilities, specifying the evaluation system to improve the ability to perform duties, strengthening the incentive mechanism to improve innovation ability, so as to achieve the goal of building a team of university organizers to effectively serve the party building work in the new era, and provide organizational guarantee for building a high-quality education system and building an powerful country in education. |
