| 作为弘扬全人类共同价值目标的中国方案和中国智慧，人类命运共同体思想是中国为全球和平发展和文明发展擘画的新蓝图，其出场是基于全球治理体系失序、全球经济发展失衡和全球文明文化交流互鉴失范的治理困境，有着深刻的理论背景和语境。人类命运共同体思想的生成与中华传统文化中的“和合”文化和以义为先的义利观、马克思主义哲学理论以及中国国家治理实践有着密切关系，昭示中国智慧和中国方案的现实必然性。面对当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局，要坚定不移地通过政治、安全、发展、文明、生态等领域建设，包括坚持独立自主，秉持正确的义利观；增进政治互信和安全合作，实现美美与共；注重协调发展，完善全球治理模式等现实路径，推进构建人类命运共同体，书写国际社会合作共赢的新篇章，使人类命运共同体行稳致远。 |

| As China′s wisdom and solution to promoting the common values of all mankind, the thought of human community with a shared future is a new blueprint drawn by China for the global peace and development. Its advent is based on the governance dilemma of global governance system disorder, the imbalance of the global economic development, and the anomie of mutual learning and cultural exchange of global civilization, thus having a profound theoretical context. The generation of human community with a shared future is closely related to "harmony" in Chinese traditional culture, the concept of justice and benefit, Marxist philosophical theory, and China′s national governance practice, and it shows the realistic inevitability of China′s wisdom and solution. In the face of profound changes unseen in a century, it′s necessary to unswervingly promote politics, security, development, civilization, ecology, etc. , including adhering to independence and upholding a correct view of justice and interests; to enhance political mutual trust and security cooperation in order to achieve the diversity of civilizations in the world; to pay attention to coordinated development, improve the global governance model, promote the construction of human community with a shared future, constantly write a new chapter of win-win cooperation in the international community, and make the human community with a shared future far-reaching. |
