| 探究大学生手机依赖与拖延行为的关系及作用机制，为大学生树立合理时间观提供参考。采用手机成瘾指数量表、一般未来时间洞察力问卷、Pure拖延量表对福建省512名在校大学生进行测查。研究表明手机依赖与拖延有着正相关，手机依赖、拖延与未来时间洞察力有着负相关；手机依赖不仅直接正向预测拖延，还可以通过未来时间洞察力间接影响拖延。研究结论发现减少大学生手机依赖有利于减少拖延行为，同时还需要注重未来时间洞察力的保护功能。 |

| To explore the relationship and mechanism between mobile phone dependence and procrastination behavior in college students, and to provide reference for college students to establish a reasonable view of time. A total of 512 college students were tested by mobile phone addiction index scale, general future time insight power table and Pure procrastination questionnaire. The results showed that: product difference correlation shows that mobile phone dependence is positively correlated with procrastination behavior, while mobile phone dependence and procrastination are negatively correlated with future time insight; Structural equation model shows that mobile phone dependence not only directly predicts procrastination positively, but also indirectly influences procrastination behavior through future time insight. Reducing college students′ dependence on mobile phones is beneficial to reducing procrastination behavior, and it is also necessary to pay attention to the protective function of future time insight. |
