| 在产业升级换代日益加快的今天，高校优化创新创业人才培养，是全面落实“双创”升级版政策、产业转型升级加快、实现高质量的就业创业的要求。然而，在“双创”升级版背景下，部分高校优化创新创业教育面临着课程建设滞后、专业师资和教学资源缺乏、评价考核不健全的困境。对此，高校必须积极探索完善创新创业课程体系、优化师资建设、打造“大创计划”项目孵化平台、健全创新创业教育评价的路径，全面优化创新创业教育体系，为国家和社会源源不断地输送优秀的创新型人才。 |

| In today′s increasingly accelerated industrial upgrading, colleges and universities optimize the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, which is the requirement of comprehensively implementing the upgraded policy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading, and achieving high-quality employment and entrepreneurship. However, in the context of the upgraded version of "mass entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship", some colleges and universities are facing the dilemma of backward curriculum construction, lack of professional teachers and teaching resources, and imperfect evaluation and assessment. In this regard, colleges and universities must actively explore and improve the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system, optimize the construction of teachers, build the incubation platform of the "big innovation plan" project, improve the path of innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation, comprehensively optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship education system, and continuously deliver excellent innovative talents to the country and society. |
