Management cognition originates from social cognition theory, which is a game process between experience and decision-making based on the knowledge framework of managers. This paper combs the relevant literature, shows the research process, reviews the concept connotation, dimensions and measurement of management cognition, and summarizes the pre-influencing factors(individual, environment), formation and process influencing factors, and result impact of management cognition factor. On the basis of literature review, the existing research on management cognition is evaluated, and the future research direction is prospected. |
