| In order to break through the difficulties in the construction of basic-level teaching organizations in colleges and universities, it is necessary to combine the actual situation of collges and universities to highlight the core of teaching organization, strengthen the construction of teaching commnities, enhance the precise supply of systems, and promothe innovation in basic-level teaching organizations from three aspects: building a dynamic quality assurance mechanism for organizational activities, promoting the modernization and evolution of basic-level teaching organizations, and helping them develop high-quality teaching organizations, and promote the common growth of teachers and the organization. |
