| In the information age, knowledge management is crucial in the learning and research process of college students. This paper analyzes the role of knowledge management in improving the effectiveness of college students′ autonomous learning, alleviating their psychological pressure, improving the success rate of their postgraduate entrance exams, and enhancing their employability. It is believed that college students′ personal knowledge management ability is an effective means to improve their core competitiveness and self cultivation, and can help them achieve individual development. |
