创新能力的培养与提升一直是本科生培养并努力的方向,目前国内多数院校在校期间的教学多以理论教育为主,动手实践能力与创新能力的培养方式单一、模式化、缺乏设计、创新性不足、特色不强、学生参与程度不高。因此,建立完善多样的培养模式是本科生创新能力教育的重要前提。以园艺专业为例,结合本科生创新教育背景和创新教育面临的问题,通过定期组织学术讲座、拓宽综合实践实习范围、对接社会团体及企事业单位、发挥学生社团作用、鼓励和支持学生参与科学研究及各类竞赛活动、发挥校园媒体力量,不断将创新精神、创新意识、创新思维、创新活力和创新灵感融入本科教育过程中,塑造和培养学生设计创造、创意形成的能力,形成独立自主的创新教育模式,达到新时代要求的复合型人才目标。 |

The cultivation and promotion of innovation ability has always been the direction of undergraduate training and efforts. At present, the teaching in most domestic colleges and universities is mainly theoretical education. The cultivation of practical ability and innovation ability is single, pattern-based, lack of design, lack of innovation, lack of strong characteristics, and low degree of student participation. Therefore, the establishment of a perfect and diverse training mode is the important premise of undergraduate innovation ability education. Taking horticulture major as an example, combined with the background of undergraduate innovative education and the problems faced by innovative education, through regular organization of academic lectures, broadening the scope of practice, connecting with social organizations, enterprises and institutions, exerting the efforts of student associations, encouraging and supporting the student to participate in scientific research and various competitions, giving play to the power of campus media to continuously integrate the innovative spirit, innovative consciousness, innovative thinking, innovative vitality and innovative inspiration into the undergraduate education process, so as to shape and cultivate students′ ability of design creation and creative formation, form independent innovative education mode, and meet the requirements of the new era of compound talents. |
