This paper constructed the ICT teaching competence of college English teachers, such as ICT teaching belief, teaching technology, teaching behaviors and research ability. Based on the relevant researches, it intended to put forward the ICT competence development strategies of college English teachers with the purpose to enhance their self-conscious and self-empowered career development. |
