| 党的十九大提出了“乡村振兴”的重大战略决策，随着全面建成小康社会的目标实现，乡村发展已不再以满足温饱为目标。乡村振兴战略的提出为乡村治理提出了新的要求与方向。当前，乡村治理依然存在诸多不足，乡村振兴任重而道远。通过探讨乡村振兴战略背景下乡村治理的重要意义，并对当前乡村治理现状及存在问题进行深入剖析，进而提出构建乡村治理体系的具体思路，对推动乡村发展、实现乡村振兴具有重要的意义。 |

| The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward a major decision-making strategy of "rural revitalization". With the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, rural development is no longer aimed at meeting food and clothing. The proposal of rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements and directions for rural governance. At present, there are still many shortcomings in rural governance, and rural revitalization has a long way to go. This paper discusses the significance of rural governance under the background of rural revitalization strategy, deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of rural governance, and then puts forward the concrete ideas of constructing rural governance system, which is of great significance to promoting rural development and realizing rural revitalization. |
