使用SCL-90量表对来自江苏、安徽、浙江等地多所本科院校的688名辅导员进行了调查,结果显示约31.6%的辅导员具有轻度到中重度不等的负面心理症状,需要心理干预。通过借鉴积极心理学的研究思想和理论,从培养辅导员积极的心理认知、增强辅导员的心理弹性以及为辅导员营造良好的外部心理环境等方面提出正向心理干预建议,为缓解高校辅导员的负面心理症状,提升心理健康教育水平提供一定的数据支持和方案参考。 |

In order to understand the psychological status of counselors in application-oriented undergraduate colleges, this paper investigated 688 counselors from Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang and other application-oriented undergraduate colleges with SCL-90. The results showed that about 31. 6% of counselors had mild to moderate to severe negative psychological symptoms, which required psychological intervention. Therefore, by referring to the research ideas and theories of positive psychology, this paper puts forward suggestions for positive psychological intervention from the aspects of cultivating counselors' positive psychological cognition, enhancing counselors' psychological resilience, and creating a good external psychological environment for counselors. This provides certain data support and program reference for alleviating the negative psychological symptoms of counselors in applied undergraduate colleges and improving the level of mental health education in applied undergraduate colleges. |
