| 作为给社会输送人才的主要来源，高等教育肩负着重大的社会责任与历史使命。目前高等教育已进入普及化阶段，其本科高等教育的本质就是为了向广大青年学生传授基本的社会理论知识与实践应用技能，即培养本科应用型人才，以更好地满足社会发展与岗位的基本需求。为确保应用型人才培养顺利进行，从本科应用型人才培养模式改革的必要性着手，提出了基于培养目标要求和综合课程建设的课程体系构建策略，并分析了加强质量保障系统建设的相关措施，以保证达到预期的培养效果。 |

| As the main source of talents to the society, undergraduate higher education shoulders great social responsibility and historical mission. At present, undergraduate higher education has completely entered the stage of mass education. Its essence is to teach young students basic social theoretical knowledge and practical application skills, that is, to cultivate undergraduate application-oriented talents to better meet the basic needs of social development and posts. In order to ensure the smooth development of its talent training, this paper analyzes the necessity of the reform of the undergraduate application-oriented talent training model, and analyzes the relevant measures such as the construction of the curriculum system and the construction of the training quality assurance system. |
