| 自国家决胜脱贫攻坚战之后，我国贫困率已降至历年最低，各高校家庭经济困难学生人数和绝对困难学生比例也呈逐年下降趋势。精准认定家庭经济困难学生是高校做好资助育人工作的前提。教育部近年来的工作重心已从强调资助的覆盖面逐渐转移到资助的精准度上来。在大数据无时无刻不在影响社会各个层面的背景下，运用大数据来打破各个信息平台的壁障，融合各级各类信息，提高高校家庭经济困难学生认定的精准度，实施动态资助管理，提升资助效率已呈必然趋势。 |

| Since the country has won the battle against poverty, China′s poverty rate has dropped to the lowest ever, and the number of students from poor families and the proportion of students with absolute difficulties in colleges are also decreasing year by year. Accurate identification is a prerequisite for good financial support and education work. The focus of financial support from the Ministry of National Education in recent years has gradually shifted from the coverage to the precision. In the context of big data affecting all levels of society all the time, it is an inevitable trend to use big data to break the barriers of various information platforms, integrate various types of information, improve the accuracy of identifying students with financial difficulties, implement dynamic financial aid management and enhance the efficiency of financial aid. |
