产教融合将产业和教育融合在一起,为进一步深化教育改革、提升应用型本科高校人才培养质量提供了有效途径。但当前地方应用型本科高校在产教融合中处境尴尬,产教双向良性互动的机制尚未建立。地方应用型高校应进一步明确自身办学定位,优化专业设置,建设一支稳定的“双师双能型”教师队伍;政府应加强引导,提供政策支持与经济扶持,打造产教协同育人共同体;同时建立并完善产教融合评估系统。 |

The industry-education integration provides an effective way to further deepen the education reform and improve the quality of talents training in application-oriented undergraduate universities. However, at present, there is an embarrassing situation in the integration of industry and education in local applied undergraduate universities, and the mechanism of two-way positive interaction between industry and education has not yet been established. Local colleges and universities should further clarify their educational positioning, build a stable team of teachers with "double qualification and double ability”, and strive to serve regional economic construction. The government should strengthen guidance, provide policy support and economic support, and promote the coordinate education of university and industry, and the integrated evaluation system of production and education should be established. |
