| 科研融合创新是国家发展、社会进步的动力源泉和重要保障。以四所国际知名高校为例，通过对其差异化的科研创新与人才培养模式进行深度分析，研究不同高校科研创新的内在驱动力。研究显示，不同高校在组织机构、资源整合、科研产业化以及合作体系上均有侧重，但其核心在于知识、资源的双重融合与交叉，通过集群化的学科设置与组织架构，以实现最大范围内的知识融合与资源合作，释放科研潜能。 |

| Scientific research integration and innovation is the source of power and important guarantee of national development and social progress. Taking five famous international colleges and universities as examples, this paper studies the internal motivation of scientific research innovation in different colleges and universities through depth analysis of their differentiated scientific research innovation and personnel training mode. The study shows that different colleges and universities focus on the organization, resource integration, industrialization of science and research and cooperation system, but their core lies in the dual integration and intersection of resources. Through the cluster discipline setting and organizational structure, they realize the maximum scope of knowledge integration and resource cooperation, and release the potential of scientific research. |
