| 农业科技社会化服务体系是科技兴农的保障，主要包括主体、资源、平台和环境四个子体系。分析了江苏新型农业科技社会化服务体系的现状，通过访谈和问卷调查指出了存在的问题，认为需要通过提升农技推广机构服务能力、加强高校与科研院所服务功能、提升农业科技服务综合集成能力等路径，健全新型农业科技社会化服务体系。 |

| The socialized service system of agricultural science and technology is the guarantee of prospering agriculture through science and technology, which mainly includes four subsystems: subject, resources, platform and environment. Taking Jiangsu as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of the new agricultural science and technology socialized service system in Jiangsu, demonstrates the existing problems through interviews and questionnaires, and believes that it is necessary to improve the new agricultural science and technology socialized service system by improving the service capacity of agricultural technology extension institutions, strengthening the service function of universities and scientific research institutes, and improving the comprehensive integration capacity of agricultural science and technology services. |
