      近年来,由于入海河道的变迁和区域经济的快速发展,盐城海岸滩涂湿地发生剧烈变化,导致海岸稳定性降低,滩涂湿地面积变小,野生动植物栖息地以及海岸滩涂生态环境遭到破坏。为此,基于上海市南汇区东滩护岸工程以及盐城市域海岸滩涂保护案例,对盐城侵蚀岸段提出生态修复建议:一是应加快开展盐城市域滩涂湿地的监测评估和影响研究,建立海岸侵蚀监测与评估指标体系,为海岸带综合治理提供理论支撑。二是借鉴上海南汇东滩等区域的成功经验,在响水、射阳、大丰和东台等滩涂侵蚀区域,启动实施基于自然解决方案的“丁坝”暗坝和离岸暗堰组合形式的海岸生态修复工程的论证工作,以达海岸湿地促淤、护鸟、储地、固碳的目的。

      In recent years, due to the changes of river channels entering the sea and the rapid development of regional economy, Yancheng coastal wetlands have undergone drastic changes, which resulted in the reduction of coastal stability, the reduction of tidal wetland area, and the destruction of wildlife habitat and coastal ecological environment. Therefore, based on the Dongtan revetment project in Nanhui District of Shanghai and the case of coastal protection in Yancheng City, this study put forward ecological restoration suggestions for the eroded bank section of Yancheng. Firstly, the monitoring, evaluation and impact researches of Yancheng tidal wetlands shoud be conducted. A coastal erosion monitoring and evaluation index system should be established to provide theoretical support for the comprehensive management of the coastal zone. In addition, the successful experience of Nanhui Dongtan in Shanghai should be learnt. In coastal erosion areas such as Xiangshui, Sheyang, Dafeng and Dongtai, the demonstration work of coastal ecological restoration project based on natural solutions in the form of combination of "spur dike" underground dam and offshore underground weir should be started to achieve the purposes of siltation promotion, bird protection, land reservation and carbon fixation in coastal wetlands.
