      如何提高人才培养质量,增强大学生创新实践的综合能力,一直是高等教育的核心问题。学科竞赛能够以竞赛的方式强化学生的创新实践能力,从而提高人才培养质量。但在学科竞赛的快速发展过程中,也逐渐显现出了一些亟待解决的问题。基于学科竞赛对人才培养的内涵意义,以问题为导向,从高校教研管理、教师团队建设及校级赛事管理等方面提出了相应的改进策略。力求通过问题解析,促进学科竞赛的高质量发展。

      It has always been the core issue that explore effect ways to improve the quality of talent cultivation and enhance the comprehensive ability of college students′ innovative practice. The innovative and practical ability of college students could be enhanced by the subject competitions, thus the quality of talent training could be improved as well. However, the rapid development of subject competition have induced some urgent problems. Based on the connotation and significance of subject competition for talent cultivation, this paper is problem-oriented, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies from the aspects of university teaching and research management, teacher team building and school-level competition management. Strive to promote the high-quality development of subject competitions through problem analysis.
