| 当前复合型专业人才培养模式的探索大多停留在专业自身建设的思路中，未体现多学科交叉性、应用性强的专业特点。而复合型的人才需要综合性的培养路径。以劳动与社会保障专业为例，从专业关系的角度厘清此类专业的定位，并尝试通过专业融合的培养路径构建该类专业卓越本科人才立体培养模式。 |

| Undergraduate majors with interdisciplinary and strong applicability cultivate compound professionals. At present, the exploration of the training mode of compound professional talents mostly stays in the idea of professional self-construction, which does not fully reflect the professional characteristics. Compound talents need a comprehensive training path. This paper takes the Labor and Social Security major as an example, clarifies the positioning of this kind of major from the perspective of professional relationship, and tries to build a three-dimensional training mode for the excellent undergraduate talents of this kind of major through the training path of professional integration. |
