拔尖创新人才培养成为地方高水平大学全面提升人才培养质量的重要突破口。2011学院作为南京工业大学本科教育教学改革试验田,通过推进制度创新、夯实完善导师制、深化研究型教学改革创新、一体践行教管思政协同育人和构建个性化科创能力培育体系等改革举措,在较短时间内取得了良好的育人成果和人才培养实效。与此同时,该校在拔尖创新人才培养过程中也面临着“功利性倾向显现”“直招模式下学习内驱力下滑”和“心理辅导机制有待完善”等三个较为突出的困难与挑战,需要我们深入思考和探寻破解之法,以期为其他地方高校应对拔尖创新人才培养的困境提供参考与借鉴。 |

The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents plays an increasingly pivotal role in improving the quality of talents comprehensively. 2011 College, as the pioneer of undergraduate teaching reform in Nanjing Tech University, has obtained excellent education results and practical effects in talents cultivation in a relatively short period of time through promoting institutional innovation, improving tutorial system, deepening the reform of the research-oriented teaching innovation, integrating the ideological and political education into teaching and management, and building a personalized cultivation system of scientific and innovative competence. Meanwhile, in the process of cultivating top-notch innovative talents, the university is also confronted with three prominent difficulties: "the utilitarian tendency ", "the decline of intrinsic learning motivation under the direct admission mode" and "imperfect psychological counseling mechanism ". Therefore, the reflection and exploration for potential solutions are urgently needed. |
