| There are three biographical novels on the theme of Eastern Zhou Dynasty in the Ming Dynasty: Guo Chao Zhong Zhuan, Kong Sheng Zong Shi Chu Shen Quan Zhuan, Gu Jin Lie Nv Zhuan Yan Yi. The three biographical novels are both factual and readable in content, have a strong Confucian enlightenment, and the language coexists the ernacular Chinese and the classical Chinese. These books combine the advantages of biographical literature and novel style, and they have gained a place in the history of ancient Chinese literature. |
