| Cultivating innovative engineering talents is an important measure to promote the reform of higher engineering education in our country. The common problems of engineering education in our country are that the educational concept is old, the teaching staff is weak, the engineering practice ability of students in engineering colleges is poor, and the ability to solve practical engineering problems creatively is insufficient. It is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of innovative engineering education to change the educational idea, to build a high-quality teaching staff, to improve the teaching quality of practical links and to strengthen the training of students′ practical ability. |
