| The cultivation of talents is one of the five functions of colleges and universities in the contemporary era. Exploring the new pathways and mechanisms for the construction of grassroots organizations based upon the function of colleges and universities, strengthening teaching standards, improving teaching skills, reforming teaching evaluation, enhancing teaching motivations, further perfecting teaching quality evaluation and guarantee mechanisms, incentive mechanisms, and continuous improvement mechanisms, keeping improving the teaching ability of college and university faculty, all have important practical significance for the development of colleges and universities, as well as the generation and formation of their quality culture. |
