      在互联网的背景下,跨境电商以其精细化、高效化和创新化的经营方式为消费者带来全新的消费体验,并且在互联网的帮助下消费者的消费需求得到满足,同时也为跨境电商的经营发展提供了机遇与挑战。从跨境电商和“4P+4C”理论进行切入,通过跨境电商的经营现状,从“4P+4C”理论的角度分析跨境电商经营影响因素,并结合跨境电商K公司的实际经营模式,分析互联网背景下跨境电商经营所面临的问题,最后结合K公司的经营案例与问题针对性地为跨境电商经营提出建议。

      In the context of the Internet, Cross-border e-commerce has brought consumers a new consumption experience with its refined, efficient and innovative business methods, and with the help of the Internet, consumers' consumption needs are met, and it also provides The development of Cross-border e-commerce provides opportunities and challenges. This article will also start from Cross-border e-commerce and the theoretical concept of "4P+4C", through the current situation of Cross-border e-commerce, analyze the influencing factors of Cross-border e-commerce operation from the perspective of "4P+4C" theory, and combine Cross-border e-commerce operations The actual business model of e-commerce company K analyzes the problems faced by Cross-border e-commerce operations in the context of the Internet, and finally puts forward suggestions for Cross-border e-commerce operations based on the business cases and problems of K company.
