      在现代科技快速发展的背景下,人们的生活方式发生了深刻的变化,导致大学生体质健康水平呈逐年下降的趋势。加之大学生课业任务繁重,户外运动时间减少,缺乏必要和足够的锻炼时间,使其体质健康状况难以得到有效改善。高强度间歇训练已经被实验证实,能够提升大学生整体的体质健康水平。结合高强度间歇训练的概念和机制,探究其对大学生身体形态、身体机能、身体素质所带来的影响,提出针对普通学生、肥胖学生、运动员学生的训练建议。
英文摘要:
      In the context of the rapid development of modern technology, people′s travel patterns and lives have undergone profound changes, resulting in a downward trend in the physical health of college students. In addition, college students have heavy academic tasks, reduced outdoor exercise time, and lack of necessary and sufficient exercise time, making it difficult to effectively improve their physical health. High-intensity interval training has been experimentally confirmed to improve the overall physical health of college students. This article combines the concept and mechanism of high-intensity interval training to explore its impact on the body shape, physical function and physical fitness of college students, and proposes training suggestions for ordinary students, obese students, and athlete students.
