      良好的体能是篮球运动员技术动作及优势发挥的关键,是确保篮球运动员价值彰显的必备条件。结合核心力量训练的基本内涵,分析了核心力量训练在“激活期”“进阶期”“效果期”的动作内容和试验效果。经过实验研究证明,明确核心力量训练对运动员力量、速度及耐力等素质的影响较为显著,可以通过锻炼躯干部位、髋部位、骨盆部位的大肌肉群以及小肌肉群来达到增强机体在运动过程中的稳定状态,促使力量的产生和传导,增强运动员的运动技能发挥。

      Good physical condition is the key to the technical action and advantage of basketball players, and it is the necessary condition to ensure the value of basketball players. At this stage, China has continuously strengthened the exploration of basketball players′ physical training, and has made outstanding achievements. Among them, the research on core strength is a hot topic in the current academic circles. Many scholars analyze trunk muscles from the perspectives of rehabilitation, neurophysiology and mechanics, and put forward the concept of core stability, so that core strength training is gradually applied to special physical training. Combined with the connotation of core strength and special physical training, this paper analyzes the impact of core strength on special physical training, and puts forward corresponding application strategies.
