基于2010—2019年长三角地区41个城市的相关数据,构建邻接矩阵,利用莫兰指数进行测算,分析了长三角地区产业结构升级的空间自相关性;构建空间误差模型,实证分析了长三角交通基础设施的建设与产业结构升级的关系。结果表明,长三角地区产业结构升级不仅具有强烈的空间相关性,且多集聚在产业结构升级水平相似的城市之间,还伴有显著的空间效应;交通基础设施的建设和科技创新的发展都对产业结构的升级产生了正向影响;政府制度安排和城市经济发展对产业结构升级的影响不显著。在此基础上,从交通基础设施的建设及提升其运输质量、提高自主创新能力和加大城市交流合作,推进“长三角一体化”三方面提出了相关建议。 |

Urban development must face the challenge of industrial structure upgrading. In this paper, 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region are analyzed, and the adjacency matrix is established by using the relevant data from 2010 to 2019. The spatial autocorrelation of industrial structure upgrading in Yangtze River Delta is analyzed by the measure of Moran index. The relationship between transportation infrastructure and industrial structure upgrading in the Yangtze River Delta is also empirically analyzed by establishing a spatial error model. The results show that the industrial structure upgrading in the Yangtze River Delta region has a strong spatial correlation, and the agglomeration phenomenon also appears among cities with similar level of industrial structure upgrading, accompanied by a strong spatial effect. On the other hand, the modernization of industrial structure is not greatly influenced by the economic system and urban economy. On this basis, suggestions are put forward to strengthen transportation infrastructure construction, improve transportation quality, enhance independent innovation ability, strengthen inter-city exchanges and cooperation, and promote "Integration of the Yangtze River Delta" for the development of the Yangtze River Delta region. |
