| 新时代大学生积极社会心态的培育是落实高校立德树人根本任务的内在要求，更是在思想政治教育指导下大学生心理健康教育的提高和扩展。新时代大学生存在自我认知不够、理性认识不足、责任意识不强、自我约束不严和集体观念不浓等问题，为加强新时代大学生积极社会心态的培育，需改进大学生积极社会心态培育的落实机制，统筹大学生积极社会心态培育的育人资源并促进各方面全方位联动，打通大学生积极社会心态培育的最后一公里，形成全方位立体化的培育路径。 |

| The cultivation of the positive social mentality of college students in the new era is the inner requirement of carrying out the fundamental task of moral cultivation in colleges and universities, and also the elevation and expansion of the mental health education of college students under the guidance of ideological and political education. However, college students in the new era have some problems, such as insufficient self-cognition, insufficient rational cognition, weak sense of responsibility, lax self-restraint and weak collective concept. In order to strengthen the new times of development of the college students' positive social mentality to improve college students' positive social mentality to foster the implementation of the system, as a whole of college students' positive social mentality cultivation education resources and to promote the all-round linkage from all walks of life, which get through college students' positive social mentality to the last kilometer, omni-directional three-dimensional cultivation path. |
