| The implementation of the registration system for stock issuance is an important measure to adapt to the new environment of China′s economic development in the new era. Based on the protection of the core interests of small and medium investors, the full improvement of the registration system for stock issuance will help to better highlight the actual effectiveness of the registration system for stock issuance, and will have a far-reaching role in better regulating the stock market and enhancing the ability to supervise the development of the stock market. Through analysis of current existing problems, from perfecting the legal protection mechanism for the interests of small and medium-sized investors under the stock issuance registration system, enriching the management form of regulatory institutions under the stock issuance registration system, reducing the entry threshold of small and medium-sized investors′ stock investment, strengthening the consistency of capital appreciation between enterprises and small and medium-sized investors, improving the investment risk early warning mechanism of small and medium-sized investors, and put forward the countermeasures to protect the interests of small and medium-sized investors under the stock issuance registration system. |
