对于公共组织而言,工作繁荣是工作实践中能否取得创新成果的关键因素,在现有的工作繁荣影响机制中缺乏了真实型领导行为的考虑。此研究目的是了解基层公务员对于他们视为有影响力的领导的反应——他们是否将他们视为真正的领导者,以及这些领导是否影响员工的工作繁荣。以社会嵌入模型为基点,以调查问卷的形式对真实型领导对工作繁荣的影响机制作数据分析。从领导行为的视角拓展了工作繁荣的前因研究,为工作繁荣的相关组织管理实践提供一定的参考。 |

Development is the main theme of today′s era. For public organizations, work prosperity is the key factor to achieve innovative results in work practice, and the existing work prosperity influencing mechanism lacks the consideration of authentic leadership behavior. The purpose of the study was to examine the responses of grassroots civil servants to leaders they perceived as influential: whether they saw them as real leaders, and whether those leaders affected employees′ job prosperity. Based on the social embedding model, this study conducted a questionnaire survey to analyze the influence mechanism of authentic leadership on job prosperity. This study expands the antecedents of job prosperity from the perspective of leadership behavior, and provides some references for organizational management practices related to job prosperity. |
