Work-integrated learning based on the demands of enterprise is the practical way to cultivate engineering talents for universities and colleges, subject to the limitations of the traditional role of university, universities face some challenges in the content of the course, standard, objectives, and methods of learning management and the practice teaching plan when they design the work-integrated learning course, there are some conflicts between the technology of exclusiveness and openness of higher education, production operation and the implementation of course in enterprise. We should building a sustainable partnership between industry and university, simplify the work-integrated learning course design, change traditional role of the academics, facilitation of the work-integrated learning curriculum design, enhance the flexibility of curriculum design, implementation to meet the demand of enterprises and promote the work-integrated learning. |
