| 新时代背景下盐城市公共体育服务进入高质量供给模式，这是对盐城人民体育需求的积极响应，也是打造服务型体育治理体系、深入践行新发展理念的战略布局。分析盐城市体育公共服务的现状和问题，探讨破解这些困境的路径和策略，提出盐城市体育公共服务整体上存在着“供给真空”和“供给过剩”的问题。究其原因，主要在于资源投入不足、运行结构不平衡、供给方式单一化和监督机制不通畅等，应当以“拓宽经费来源渠道，优化经费结构”，“平衡城乡资源配置，推进乡村体育振兴”，“建立多元主体供给，深化放管服改革”和“优化监管机制，构建智慧平台”四个方面为着力点，进行盐城市公共体育服务供给侧改革，以满足人民群众体育运动需求。 |

| Under the background of the new era, Yancheng public sports service enters into the high-quality supply mode, which is a positive response to yancheng people′s sports demand, and also a strategic layout to build a service-oriented sports governance system and thoroughly implement the new development concept. This study analyze thes current situation and problems of the public service of sports in Yancheng, and discusses the ways and strategies to solve these dilemmas. According to the research, there are problems of "supply vacuum" and "oversupply" in Yancheng sports public service as a whole. The reasons mainly lie in the shortage of resource investment, the imbalance of operation structure, the simplification of supply mode and the unobstructed supervision mechanism. Research proposed by "broadening sources to optimize expenditure structure", "balanced allocation of resources between urban and rural areas to promote rural revitalization", "building a multiple subject supply to deepen reform of the pipes serve" and "optimize supervision mechanism to build intelligence platform" four directions as a focus for public sports service supply side reform in yancheng city, in order to satisfy the demands of the people good sports. |
