      白酒是我国特有的蒸馏酒,是世界六大蒸馏酒之一。四川省是我国白酒酿造大省,其产销量常年位居我国前列。川酒在国内占据举足轻重的地位,但在国际市场上却频频遭遇出口瓶颈。选取2015—2019年川酒出口的相关数据,从出口市场分布、国际市场占有率、出口企业数量、部分发达国家监管要求、国内标准体系、复合型人才六个角度出发,对川酒出口存在的问题及原因进行分析。在此分析基础上,提出明确出口定位、扩大出口规模、加快品牌化建设、推进国际白酒标准制定、重视复合型专业人才培养等对策建议。
英文摘要:
      Liquor is a special distilled liquor in China and one of the six distilled spirits in the world. Sichuan is a major province for brewing liquor, and its production and sales volume are always in the forefront of China. Sichuan liquor plays an important role in China. However, it encounters export bottlenecks in the international market frequently. Therefore, to solve the export problem of Sichuan liquor is an important research topic to promote the internationalization process of Sichuan liquor. This paper selects the relevant data from 2015 to 2019 and analyzes the production and export status of Sichuan liquor in recent years. This paper also analyzes the difficulties faced by the export of Sichuan liquor and the reasons from six perspectives, including entry threshold, international market competitiveness, cultural differences and so on. For the government to promote the establishment of industry standards, strengthen quality supervision, training compound talents and other advices. It also puts forward some advices for enterprises to promote international certification and develop new markets.
