| 基于2009—2019年28家农产品加工业上市公司的相关数据，构建联农带农效果评价指标体系，验证了公司联农带农能够有效降低交易费用，显著提升盈利水平，实现与小农户的共生共赢；并且，在2016年以来农业现代化系列支农政策环境下，公司与农户的共生共赢关系得到显著增强，而公司债务利息负担仍未减轻；最后，提出了对农产品加工企业进行精准扶持的建议。 |

| Based on the relevant data of 28 listed companies in agricultural products processing industry from 2009—2019, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of the effect of company combining and driving small farmers, verifies that the companies can reduce transaction costs effectively, improve the profitability significantly by combining and driving small farmers, achieve a win-win situation with small farmers, and this situation has been significantly enhanced under the background of a series of agricultural modernization supporting policies since 2016, however, the company′s debt interest burden has not been lightened, and puts forward suggestions of accurate support for agricultural products processing companies. |
