      教师专业发展是当前国内外教育改革与发展关注的焦点。教学竞赛是高校培养教师教学能力和提升专业发展的重要途径。从社会文化理论视角出发,通过对地方高校近五年各类教学参赛情况的分析和抽样参赛教师的半结构访谈发现,参加教学竞赛对教师的认知、情感和教科研能力方面均有深远的影响。教师应充分利用教学竞赛的外部动力驱动内在发展需求、以团队共同发展带动个人发展、在教学实践中不断反思以促进自身专业发展。
英文摘要:
      Teachers′ professional development is the focus of education reform and development at home and abroad. Teaching contest is a significant way to enhance teachers′ teaching ability and professional development. From the perspective of sociocultural theory, this study, based on the analysis of various teaching contests in the past five years and semi-structured interviews with contestants, finds participating in teaching contests has a far-reaching impact on teachers′ cognition, emotion, and the ability to teach and research. Teachers should make full use of the external power to drive the internal development needs, promote personal development by team′s growth, and constantly reflect on teaching practice to promote their professional development.
