Nowadays, the speed of information dissemination is so fast and the scope is so wide that personal information has encountered unprecedented security risks, and the method of collecting and using personal information has changed, making it difficult for my country′s current administrative law to achieve effective protection of personal information. Therefore, based on the background of the era of big data, this article analyzes the characteristics of personal information infringement and the inadequacy of the existing administrative law for personal information protection, and proposes targeted personal information administrative law protection countermeasures. |
