      突发公共卫生事件具有突发性、不确定性、复杂性、扩散性和反复性等特征,对人类生命安全、财产安全、社会稳定和经济发展会造成极大威胁和挑战。心理育人被列为高校思想政治教育质量提升工程的“十大育人体系”之一。心理育人还面临着专业队伍配备不足、工作合力尚未形成等现实问题,特别是在突发公共卫生事件背景下,大学生的心理问题复杂多变、心理育人长效机制尚未健全等现实困境尤为突出。构建“育人格局融合、育德育心联合、育人队伍聚合、育人资源整合”的“四合”工作机制,形成多层次、多方位、立体式心理育人新格局,将有助于高校特别是地方高校思想政治教育质量的提升。
英文摘要:
      Emergent public health events are characterized by suddency, uncertainty, complexity, spread and recurrence, which will pose great threats and challenges to human life safety, property safety, social stability and economic development. Psychological education is listed as one of the "ten education systems" in the project of improving the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Psychological education is also faced with practical problems such as insufficient professional team and unformed working force, especially in the context of public health emergencies, the psychological problems of college students are complex and changeable, and the long-term effect mechanism of psychological education is not yet perfect, and other practical difficulties are particularly prominent. How to construct the "four integration" working mechanism of "education pattern integration, education moral heart union, education team aggregation, education resources integration" and form the new pattern of multi-level, multi-directional and three-dimensional psychological education will help to improve the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, especially in local colleges and universities.
