我国西部地区少数民族集中,新时代提升少数民族学生的高等教育质量,对于增强少数民族人才水平和提升地区内涵式发展具有重要作用。聚焦西部双一流高校优势资源和平台,探究适合少数民族学生特别是彝族学生的学习发展对策,对于形成以立德树人为根本任务,针对教育引领、管理服务两个方面,开展思想建设、学业指导、日常管理和心理辅导四大措施的高校彝族学生学习发展体系建设,助力彝族学生全面成长成才具有重要意义,并可为完善少数民族大学生学习发展模式提供借鉴。 |

With the concentration of ethnic minorities in western China, improving the quality of higher education for ethnic minority students in the new era plays an important role in enhancing the level of ethnic minority talents and enhancing regional development. Focusing on the superior resources and platforms of double first-class universities in the west, exploring learning development strategies suitable for ethnic minority students, especially Yi students, and forming a basic task of "building morality and cultivating people, and carrying out ideological construction and academic guidance for education guidance and management services. "Four measures of daily management and psychological counseling" for the Yi students′ learning development system in colleges and universities will help Yi students to fully grow into talents and provide a reference for improving the learning and development model of minority college students. |
