There is some realistic predicament still existing in universities′ education administration, which is mainly due to the drawbacks in institutionalization of disciplinary affiliation, research fields though China higher education has stepped into the phase of popularization. The breakthrough in this issue is targeted at forming complementary pattern based on "unique essential identity" of interscholastic collaboration on the principle of respecting the education laws, especially, higher education law, building high-quality, professionalized, innovative teams, and furnishing guarantee for researches with innovation of mechanism and evaluation of research achievements. Therefore, based on the practice of innovative and entrepreneurial education, education administration theories which work as the guidance for the cultivation of talents can make a full play through the improvement level by level, combination between specialized and general education, pluralistic collaboration, and joint between universities and locals. And it means significantly to enhance local universities′ functions in the new era. |
