| 高校毕业生的就业不仅关乎个人成长发展，更关乎国计民生和社会和谐稳定。2020年初新冠肺炎疫情的爆发对2020届高校毕业生的就业造成了一定冲击。就业岗位供给不足、就业焦虑易于滋生、求职战线不断拉长、就业观念相对滞后是疫情期间高校毕业生的就业状态及心理。辅导员作为高校毕业生就业工作中的重要责任人，必须进一步明确自身责任担当，做好高校毕业生就业的“心理疏导员”“观念引导者”和“精准服务者”。 |

| The employment of college graduates is not only related to personal growth and development, but also related to national economy and people's livelihood and social harmony and stability. The coVID-19 outbreak in early 2020 had a certain impact on the employment of college graduates in 2020. The employment status and psychology of college graduates during the epidemic period are as follows: insufficient employment supply, employment anxiety easy to breed, constantly stretched employment front and relatively backward employment concept. Therefore, the state and universities have taken a series of countermeasures. As an important person responsible for the employment of college graduates, counselors must further clarify their responsibilities and do a good job as "psychological counselors", "concept guides" and "precise service providers" in the employment of college graduates. |
