It has become a trend for local universities and colleges to transform into application-oriented ones, where the development strategy is based on the cooperation between universities and enterprises, but the construction and training of the applied teacher is even more urgent. This paper expounds the necessity of training applied-type teachers in colleges and universities in the new era, and advances some problems existing in the training process from the aspects of quantity, structure, ability and training, at the same time, it puts forward some effective countermeasures to solve these problems. |
