Mentorship has always been dominant in the technical teaching of competitive sports, however, the weakness of the current competition system in China leads that the relationship between teachers and students is mainly based on the statute, which exists many problems, such as rigid system, serious instruction of arrangement, stratification of identity department and unequal status of master and apprentice. In contrast, contractual mentorship has certain advantages in terms of role orientation, teaching tools, guiding methods and knowledge delivery. Therefore, realizing the transformation of mentoring relationship mode from the "statute" to "contract" in the competitive sports needs to improve and strengthen rules and regulations, humanity management, cultural heritage and the construction of the sense of ownership. |
