| 满足困难老年人群体日益增长的养老服务需求，是当前政府购买养老服务主要的政策目标之一。实现服务对象老年人有效的需求表达，也是不断提升政府购买养老服务模式效果的必然要求。城乡接合部地区空巢老人是最为弱势的老年群体之一，他们在政府购买养老服务中需求表达面临的问题具有代表性。基于对S市SJ区的实地调研，分析了城乡接合部地区空巢老人在政府购买养老服务各阶段需求表达的现状及成因，探讨了他们的需求表达对政府购买养老服务的影响，并尝试构建政府购买养老服务中老年人养老服务需求表达机制。 |

| It is one of the main policy objectives for the government purchase of pension services to meet the growing demand for pension services for the elderly in need. The realization of effective demand expression for the elderly is also an inevitable requirement to continuously improve the effect of the government purchase of pension services. The Empty nest elderly in the urban-rural fringe is one of the most vulnerable elderly groups. The problems in the demand expression of government purchase of pension services, that they are facing, are representative. Based on the field survey of SJ District in S City, this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the empty nest elderly in each stage of government purchase of elderly care services, discusses the impact of their demand expression on government purchase of elderly care services, and tries to build the elderly care services demand expression mechanism in government purchase of elderly care services. |
