Team work under the concept of sharing is not only an innovative exploration to improve the performance of college counselors' team building, but also a beneficial practice to improve the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. This concept has a strong practical significance for the construction of college counselor team. Therefore, this paper proposes four ways to improve the team performance of university counselors, that is, to establish a Shared leadership system and improve the driving mechanism of the team building of university counselors. Clarify and share the goal achievement, improve the guarantee mechanism of the instructor team construction; To build a Shared development platform and improve the coordination mechanism of counselor team building; To create a Shared development environment and expand the support mechanism of the instructor team building. |
